Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Plant

            Technological Plan:

            Raw materials and their preparation:  the burned lime comes from finished quick lime, the sand is prepared by the wet grinding process, the gypsum and cement are all purchased. The transportation of raw materials is completely closed and the dust collectors are set at those dust points in order to reduce environmental pollution.

            The material match system:  consisted of electronic scales and PLC it is controlled by the electric control room.

            Pouring and Initial Setting:  the fixation pouring and hot-room initial curing process is used to rise up stability of pouring and ensure quality of products.

            Cutting Section:  the YT 6 m step cut set is used, which has higher automation and simple structure in cutting devices to produce aerated concrete products in China at present, and can cut both block and panel material. All cutting processes as well as chamfering and grooving are controlled by PLC simultaneously.

            Autoclaving:  meters and inspection system are set at the autoclave and thermal control room to ensure technological system and safe production.
